Candice holds a BA in Spanish from UCDavis, a BS in Nursing from SUNY Binghamton, an MS in Nursing from UC San Francisco. She began her career as an RN in MedSurg for Stanford University Hospital and later transitioned to a Nurse Practitioner in the Emergency Department. In 2015 she traded up for more picturesque surroundings and joined a critical access, rural health hospital/clinic. Candice is passionate about volunteering both abroad and domestically, as well as supporting up-and-coming medical professionals. Locally she is known for mentoring Jr High girls, playing the bass, and enjoying outdoor activities with friends and her two delightful dogs.
